Civilization at its edge. While there is no real defined ruler for most of the land there are several goverments setup. Many self proclaimed Dukes and Barons rule over the land. A few Kings who claim a good chunk and have many under them. Time will tell if one person could ever rule this land. It has been said that ill will fall to any who try to conquer the whole land.

The Order of the Dragon
A order of wizards who follow the law and order of Aderif. They try to help bring order to the land. They recruit others to assist them in this manor. They typically act as advisors to rulers and never seek power directly. Many of the wizards are clerics also. There are a few followers of Jeruf among them but they are a minority.

The Order of the Phoenix
A few years ago a member of the Dragon order came across a young man bleeding on the field. He assisted this man and helped him regain his strenght. After a few weeks of recovery this man was finally able to speak at lenght with the wizard. It was then the wizard learned this man Kendal had once been a evil assassin for hire. He has been betrayed by his employer and was left for dead. The long weeks of recovery had convinced him that his life had been wasted in the pursuit of gold. He asked to learn more of this Aderif and came to worship him. After a few months passed by he came across a cleric who told him in a vision Aderif came to him and told him to make a sword. This cleric then presented a sword to Kendal and spoke, 'With this sword you shall rise from the ashes like a phoenix and regain your honor.' At that point Kendal started gathering those who had been lost in the fog of greed and brought many to the light. In time when the group grew to 200 the Order of the Dragon decided this was the start of something and helped make the Order of the Phoenix. A group dedicated to bringing order and protecting those who need it. It also worked to converting people of evil into the light of Aderif. To help those people redeem themselves. A few people have failed to keep the path after giving up evil. In the end the ranks grew some and now it numbers 496 activate members in Terador. Rank in the order is determined by the prefix before the phoenix. 'Ve is the highest. 'De is the second highest. 'Son is the lower rank. In the rankings each member keeps tabs and gets reports from 3 members below him. So Bartolo 'Ve Phoenix would have 3 members of 'De rank that would report and keep communication with him. Those three members would each have 3 'Son members under them. The 'Son members typically keep tabs on each other. This gives support to the members and Ensures if there is a break in command there are ways to keep the order working smoothly. Each taking a oath to follow the code.
